Refund Policy
At Evoco Marketing, we sell digital products, including downloadable marketing playbooks, templates, guides, and other digital resources.
Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access after purchase, all sales are considered final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
Digital product policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been completed and the digital content has been made available to the customer.
Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered.
Issues with your order
Please contact us immediately at my.evocomarketing@gmail.com if:
- You did not receive access to your digital product.
- You received the wrong file or product.
- The download link does not work.
- The file is damaged or cannot be opened.
We will review the issue and do our best to provide a solution, such as resending the file, correcting the access issue, or providing the correct product.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake.
- Technical issues that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved.
- Delivery of an incorrect digital product.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If you are located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days.
However, by purchasing a digital product from Evoco Marketing and accessing or downloading the content immediately, you acknowledge and agree that the digital content is delivered before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. Once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, you lose the right to cancel the purchase or request a refund, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
If a refund is approved in an exceptional case, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
